Small Group Personal Training

What does it involve?

Get the RESULTS of personal training - without the full 1–1 price tag.

My group PT sessions are capped at just 5 people, so you still get plenty of coaching, support, and attention every time you train. You’re never just another face in the gym and your technique, progress, and effort are always seen and guided.

Each member also gets access to a personalised training programme delivered through our app, tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. So even though you train together, your journey is still your own.

THE BEGINNER GROUP - MAY OFFER

STARTING MAY, FRIDAY 6AM

This programme is designed to give a chance to beginners who have no clue what they're doing, to get into the gym and finally learn how to lift weights, get lean, with a bit of defining muscle.

A lot of people are missing momentum, and accountability. They also often panic with ‘Summer shreds’ start 5-8 weeks before their holiday

 

This is why I’m doing this now.
